Notes:
Added Alaska as a new time zone to all servers. Changed the Jane API to a query with a sub query vs. multiple queries with loops and lists. Tested code with Bryan and found a problem with the special characters in the product descriptions and how the URL encoding of JSON objects was being done. Started working on a 12 month payment history for a loan application.
