• Recording notes and information from my field trip yesterday. • On the phone with a customer going over payroll step-by-step for 4 employees. • Spent some time playing with the zoom digital recorder. Playing with settings channels and recording small practice clips. This will be used to help do the voice over and to train folks on adilas. • On the phone with Steve going over customer sales and promotions and customer loyalty programs.
