• Brainstorming on our plan and new and upcoming options and ideas. The ideas just kept coming. See notes on other pages. This was an answer to prayers. Good stuff. • On the phone with Steve planning out a couple custom code projects. We did a GoToMeeting session and talked about requirements for adding the driver’s license field to the customers table. We made an outline and created a step by step checklist. We also talked about custom black box options for pages. We also talked about project management and delegation. Steve wanted to get more involved in the code side of things. • An intern came over to talk about goals for his internship. We decided that he would work on a gift card and customer loyalty card project. • We got a call from our developer in Salida and went over tax calculations and how the number of decimals play into rounding errors. • More work on the intern’s goals and objectives for his internship. • On the phone with a client going over needs and wants. • Working with a developer on procedures and protocols for developers. Lots of ideas on flow, delegating, inspecting, and approving. We brainstormed on the Adilas model for developing. As a side note, we are going to need to write out a testing and sign-off process and procedure. We need to start standardizing things. • Emails, tech support, and planning. • Emails and on the phone with a client going over things. Prepping files to help with some clean-up of her storage server database. |
