• Writing some longer emails. One was a proposal of sorts and other one was a technical payroll email about FUTA (Federal Unemployment Tax Stuff) settings and calculations. • Working on in-line discounts and edit cart line item logic. • Working on in-line discounts. • Got on a conference call and GoToMeeting session with Steve, some interns, and a new developer. We talked about bulk label printing, custom skins, and custom cart interfaces, and in-line discounts. We did a group training session for a couple of hours. Some of the developers were at different levels. Overall a good session. • Recording notes about discounts and removing clutter from the shopping cart interface. • Working on in-line discounts. On the phone with a developer talking about the flex grid tie-ins and making that model more like a true relationship. This deals with changing subs on the admin level and having them cascade changes into the underlying data values. We did a GoToMeeting session and went through some scenarios. Long but great session. We also talked about storing custom settings as JSON objects. • Recording notes on sub flex grid titles and cascading data updates in bulk based on user interactions. • Testing in-line discount values in the edit cart line items page. Running scenarios with different changes and values. |
