-On statements and bulk statement creation process… We had a request to have a paid or unpaid switch to help pull up data that was unpaid, paid in full, or both. Along with that, we also had a request to add a variable from date range value (maybe use the keyword “auto”). Basically, have the system figure out how far to go back based on a look-up vs. a hardcoded date entered by a user. This would help with people who have net 30, net 60, and net 90 terms. The current way requires a user to manually select or set the from date range. Contact a client for more details.
-On stock/units – we need a master or global stock/unit table that will hold data from all stock/unit tables across all servers. This is basically just the corp id, the stock number, and the first stock field (special string used as part of a look-up for GPS data).
