-On e/r add a paid column what was paid -On deposits add photos -Add a flag so that I can tell which ones are still owed on -Bills pending -Easy reports what do I owe? What is owed to me? – Group everything and show simple reports with drill-downs to details. -Be able to apply a single payment to multiple invoices. -Check the payables flag or expense receipts. -When editing on an account payment (invoice or receipt) change the date to current date. |
