Ideas for a PO/requisition section: - Use the current PO section and provide a way for parts and quantities to be requested. Basically, this would create a normal PO and flag it as a requisition. - Have two different quantity fields on the line items. One is the actual which determines the part count. The other would only be used for then requisition and would have no effect on the part count. - Steve mentioned a cart type interface for building the requisition. Similar to our shopping cart for invoices. - Keeping both the requisition and PO’s on the same table would speed up conversions, already have PO #’s assigned, allows for shared photos, etc. |
