Notes:
• Went in to Bridgerland to work with the interns. I worked with an intern on an update page for state tax calcs. I’m trying to get an intern ready to work on payroll, withholdings, and state tax settings. All of the federal stuff is done for this year but we have lots of state withholdings that need to be done. Towards the end of the day, I worked with the other intern on the PayPal gateway integration and sign-off. Technically the PayPal gateway is ready to go once we launch the files. 30 miles.

• Went over to the Cache Business Resource Center and setup for our first ever weekly public software demo. Our subject was: Cloud Software Demo – Challenging & Breaking Tradition. It started out okay and we were bouncing around talking about business functions and how, we, at adilas, are handling these functions and processes. We covered online expense tracking, web presence and eCommerce, and then some backend office and Accounting functions. My dad was there and had a couple questions and comments. My sister was also there and helping to take notes, comment, and do the GoToMeeting stuff. We had a number of people online and we were doing great. About half way through the demo a guy that works with robotics poked his head in and participated in the discussion. He basically asked questions for the next whole hour of the demo. It was perfect and he asked some great questions and made great comments. It was really fun. See some of the other notes on some of the stuff that he said. Anyway, it was a great session and I really enjoyed it and learned a ton! Good stuff!
