-On file folders for corporations… I need to include a hash of some sort of the documents, media, content, photos, and files. It would also be very nice to move certain pieces to storage areas outside of the web or domain root area. Make the system look-up small pieces of the puzzle instead of putting everything in a front facing page. -For media and content files… maybe think of a double hash with a check back to the calling site to verify the user. The double hash might be part user id and part corporation id. That would definitely increase the security. -Idea from Steve… We may need two more fields per invoice and PO line items. They are: RFID tag and barcode number. This may help us track batches, lots, and packages. We may be able to combine these fields if needed. Then again, we may want both of these values to help with reverse type look-ups. -If we can mix and blend to help people do batches, packaging, and maybe even RFID tagging, we could really sell those tools over and over again. This could even help with mini or light manufacturing processes. |
