• On the phone with Steve going over creating packages and batches. We went rounds and rounds and got some good ideas. Our temporary ideas deal with recording batch numbers on the PO’s in the external reference number field. We could also store that same number on the RFID tag field for the parts or items. The last piece of the puzzle deals with putting the correct RFID tag number on each invoice line item as it goes out through the shopping cart. We also talked about ways to help the people cascade and/or update other pieces in the system. • Working with my brother on some ideas for an adilas commercial and overview tour of the system. Showed him some of the new graphics. • On the phone with a client. We were going over balance sheet items and how book the different pieces. We did some loans, some payments on account, and paying for PO’s. Good training session. • I had the interns and my brother come over to my house. I was helping all three with different projects. One intern was working on data imports for customers and vendors. The other intern was working on the media/content files and pages. My brother and I were laying down scratch tracks (recording audio) for adilas commercials and overview tutorials and training material. It was kind of fun bouncing between all of the different pieces and projects. Crazy times. • Phone calls and tech support. • Helping an intern with paths to view and upload files using the media/content application. • Recording notes in my notebook. • Calling and sorting out issues with SSL certificates for new data servers. • Working on custom data Imports for multiple different customers and corporations. • Migrating vendors and customer for 10 different corporations. Sent an update email to a consultant in CO. |
