-Have my sister start helping with light training sessions. Start on operations and then eventually get to the accounting side. Keep it really simple. Think about being baptized, you don’t have to know everything before you get baptized. At that point, the journey is just barely beginning. The important part is learning, doing, and applying, and then sharing. -Maybe have my sister help with a weekly training session or watch the existing training sessions and then pull out highlights or more laser focused pieces. -On learning and then applying – what if you were learning about inventory? It might be good to go into the play sites and pick 4-5 companies and try to add 5-10 items per company. Maybe a couple of new ones and a couple of existing items. Teach them how to look-up what the company has and then how to add to that. Either in new items or adding to the existing quantities. |
