• Updating help files for the teacher/student interface. • Went over to Brigham City to do some training for the school district. My sister and I went over together. Once we got there, we setup a projector for the smart board and got ready. We had 15 or so people in the class. It included teachers and administrators. A good mix. The training went for about 1.5 hours and was pretty light. It was mostly just dealing with teacher/student functions. After the main class, my sister and I spent another hour and a half with the school secretary going over more admin and maintenance pieces. My sister did most of the training for the secretary. Good stuff. We chatted about things and options the whole way home. 60 miles. • Went in to Bridgerland to work with the interns. I taught a small class on building and stacking basic pieces together. I used my hacky sack to show the guys some basic moves and then how you could put basic moves into combination. Later in the class we did some basic training on simple variables, lists, arrays, structures, and then mixing and blending those pieces. We also worked on setting up our first function or ColdFusion method. • Emails and recording notes while the video was rendering. |
