• Add in old expense/receipts and adilas bills. • Email to Steve about banks and investors. • Printed out some new business cards. • Sent out emails to intern candidates that did not make the first hiring cut. • Brainstorming on a project tick list. • Went in to Bridgerland to teach the first Intern ColdFusion class. One intern participated through GoToMeeting and another intern and another gentleman were physically at the class. We set up computers and got going. We covered basic variables, URL scope variables, FORM scope variables, and basic cfoutput and validation. It was a good intro class. 30 miles. • On the phone with Steve. We were talking about marketing and how to get our product out there. We talked about custom code projects, interns, and industry specific needs. We also talked about selling parts and pieces of our product, like eCommerce, just the CRM stuff, just scheduling , etc. Lots of options. In a way, we have created our own market; we just need to figure out how to market that. We also talked about funding sources such as loans, contracts, and investors. Mostly just ideas but chewing on a couple of different ideas. • Reviewing elements of time from April 2013 forward. Light prep for meeting with a potential investor. Lots of good stuff. |
