Notes:
-Tools don’t promise a finished product. Tools promise a job or task if used correctly.
-The more I think about it, the more the model favors a Just In Time (J.I.T.) mindset. JIT code, JIT calculations, JIT interfaces, JIT help, JIT data, etc. Just in time is a great model. As a note, Just In Time, still requires some prep but it speeds things up when used properly.
-When doing consulting… Make sure to listen and let the customer talk. It they talk, they will help you know where there pain is. It might sound random, but the “pain” is a key part of the puzzle.
-Link the help files to the page documentation stuff. This could be done on the API documentation when recording help file values and numbers. Basically, the help files are another part of the page documentation.
-Add the permission id #’s to the pages that have the permissions on them. This will be required for future API developments.
-Add a whole new permission for add/edit API documentation.
-Add a history table to help monitor who updates and changes the API documentation stuff.
