-We mix concepts and players -We are almost coming full circle… Instead of us dictating flow, processes, and interface. We want people to mix and blend concepts and players to make their own flow, processes, and interface. -Everything is somewhat build on this kind of model: (sketch in notebook of main plate with little cups – “holders/containers” 1. Main 2. Line items 3. Payments 4. System history 5. Flex grid 6. Photos/scans 7. Custom documents 8. Other – content (files) 1. The main – this holds the player name and id number. It also holds basic information that applies to everything else. This is like the main container. In the model, this is the plate and the bowl. 2. Line items – These are the details, items, or categories of the main. Add as many as you want to tell the story. 3. Payments – These are money amounts that get applied to help satisfy what is owed (incoming or outgoing). Unlimited. 4. System history – These are history notes, dates, and flags that get added behind the scenes as a user does an action. Unlimited and un-editable. This is the audit trail. 5. Flex grid tie-ins – These are for user-maintained histories, custom fields, or tying to other system players. (Buddy system.) Optional. Unlimited. 6. Photos/scans – These are for scans, images, photos, and documentation. Optional. Max of 100 per player. 7. Custom documents – These are custom documents that may be needed by the main player. PDF’s, Excel, Word, forms, etc. Optional. Unlimited. Assigned on a company level. 8. Other - content (files) – These are files that need to be attached to the main player. Audio, video, PDF’s, Excel, Word, contracts, etc. Optional. Unlimited. Currently under construction. -It would be really cool to have some simple learning modules that could teach or go over concepts, flow, and processes. I’m thinking small Flash widgets of sorts. -What if we had a bird’s eye view of adilas. Big picture. Simple overview. Basic concepts. Basic players. -Some people (most) are in a hurry and they don’t want to be educated. They want a new care without any driver’s ed course. -Driving a car… we learn concepts like right turn, left turn, parking, passing, etc. Once we learn the basics we can go anywhere… even to places that we don’t know or haven’t been. |
