-Make a business plan. Include different rounds and steps. Budgets, pro-form, interns and required steps. Also include what we’ve already done. Be positive and share some vision. -Use people that I know who have skills. My sister, contacts at Bridgerland, my sister-in-law, my dad and others. -Plan for cross corp business. Create a cross corp mapping table that allows any corp to crisscross or map to any other corp. This could be a one-to-many from the main corp to his/her outside vendors and/or customers. Sharing customers, sharing parts, sharing stock/units, etc. -As a marketing game… Do a competition between universities and private parties to create a niche product that is able to ride on top of the adilas engine. (Different skins or different functions.) -Sell adilas as the engine! -How will people know what our product can do? What are the core functions, types, and tools? The “how to” is different than the “what is possible”. -Look for and harness people’s potential. It is great to share, build and grow. Help other people be successful! -What functions do we provide and/or offer? Once you know and choose a function, we can then teach you how to use or do those functions. -Pricing… there is or there are tons of variables… which ones are important? Which ones are key indicators? How can we let price be our friend? Reps really struggle with how open the concepts and pricing structure are… We may need a standard or some way to quantify this. |
