Went in the third day of training. Good day with even less crazy class dynamics. We started off the day going over the new flyer dealing with system players and main application types. We then went into a small exercise creating objects using plates and cups. We had some good discussions and did lots of question and answer stuff. One of our top reps in the Denver area also did some flow charts and live consulting during the session. It was fun to watch what was going on. After the meeting our team member volunteered to help coordinate “open communication” and flow for the adilas team and reps. Good stuff! As a side note, I got to meet a number of people today that I had only talked with over the phone. That was fun. -As an observation, I was quite impressed with one class participant. He was quite technical and understood concepts on a much higher level than most of the rest of the class. He added lots of good insight to the class discussions. I can see great potential in that type of user/consultant once they catch the vision of where we are going with adilas. Good stuff! |
