Notes:
-Sometimes we get so focused on a certain thing, it blocks our creativity. Kind of like me looking for my window scraper – I was starting to get mad because I couldn’t find it. A nice lady came over and used her coat sleeve to clean off my window. I just stood there in shock. Super simple but I needed someone else to show it to me.
-For the class and train the trainers course (seminar) – I think it would by funny to play off the inside joke about what does adilas do? Did you bring a lunch? (Example role play: Participant 1, “So what does adilas do?” Answering party, “Tons of things! Did you bring a lunch? What have you heard? What would you like to know?”) Keep it positive!
-For the class, we then provide the instruction and the lunch for the class members. Run from 8am to 4pm with an hour lunch. Do a two day course or 14 hours of instructor led training. That would be a $700 value for the course.
-The train the trainers course should be: vision, concepts, how-to’s, step-by-steps, tips and tricks, question and answer sessions.
-Engage and empower our users!
-The touch of a master’s hand – like the song about the old violin and how it had little worth until the master played it. Kind of like getting adilas into the hands of a power user, they can make it dance!
