Jan 8 (7 days ago) to dgrier, David, Brandon Hey Don! How about if I add a search field to your gun club homepage? I'd say $100 would pay a developer to knock that out for you. When we search our members, we can only pull up the individual member listed on the main portion of the account. We have family memberships where there are additional people that are part of a family membership (sometimes with the same last name, sometimes not). Is there any way that Brandon can add that when we search any name, Adilias will search all the members and the additional people on a membership? We could really use this feature. An example for me is below: If you searched “Grier” you would find me, but none of my family members on my account: Additional Contact/Address Info [add an additional contact/address] Contact Type 1: Wife First Name 1: Elizabeth Last Name 1: Grier Address 1: City 1: Prescott State 1: AZ Zip 1: 86305 Cell Phone 1: 928-420-3457 Show On Every Invoice 1: No Contact Type 2: Son First Name 2: Ethan Last Name 2: Frank Show On Every Invoice 2: No Contact Type 3: Son First Name 3: Aidan Last Name 3: Frank Show On Every Invoice 3: No Contact Type 4: Son First Name 4: Shane Last Name 4: Grier Show On Every Invoice 4: No So if I searched Aidan Frank, Adilias would not show him at all and would require that we add a new customer or our staff will tell the person they are not a member. Finally, we cannot delete an inactive customer or double entry. Sometimes, an employee does not find a customer and then re-inputs the information. We would like to delete the inactive account entirely, but cannot do that. Is that possible as well? Thanks, Don Donald S. Good morning Don! We will start the coding process of adding the search feature added to your homepage. On the deleting of customers, I can speak with Brandon but in the past we have decided to not allow this as we want to protect owners from employees. Currently the inactive option is all that is available but what I do with a dupe is check on activity and if there is no activity I change the name to Available. This way I can use that id number for the next customer. If there is activity you can move the invoices to the one id you wish to keep and then turn the other one into Available. This way your customer base is clean and you have no worries about someone deleting records for their own reasons. On the email list, you can pull or export to excel that data from the advanced search on the customer homepage, under System Maintenance. Or we have a 3rd party solution where you can ask each customer to be on the email or text message blast list and Full Circle will provide you the functionality within adilas to email or text your customers at any time. Please call Mike in Denver for full details and pricing per text or email. This is a fully integrated solution and once in place works great! Have a super weekend Don! |

Hi Stephen. That would be great. We just need to make sure we can find all the customers whether they are entered individually or if they are entered under another family member name. Keep in mind that sometimes the last names do not match for the search. Also, while Brandon is at it, if we can get the ability to delete inactive or duplicate customer accounts that would be great. Right now we can only make them inactive and not delete them. Having the ability to delete them will let us clean up our customer database. Finally, is there any way we can easily compile a customer mailing list from our customer information for a group customer email for promos, specials, etc…? If you can you add that to next month’s invoice that is great, otherwise just send me a bill. Thanks, Don |
