Notes:
On build PO's and build and hold recipes, we need a way to add a new product (with a variable vendor - may not be the current vendor) while in the build PO mode. Currently this is not allowed and requires the user to first prep and create the new part number or placeholder. They then have to go back to the build PO or recipe and add (use) that item. Basically, it is a minimum of a two step process. They first need a live PO to create the new item (placeholder) and then a build PO (or invoice) to use it... it would be nice to have it all wrapped up together in a single step.
