We need to provide better updates on what is new, what has changed, where we are headed, and where have we been. We have a section on the interactive map called "Ideas & Sharing" this would be a perfect spot for mini-blogs, updates, new releases, etc. The page is setup to use elements of time as the background source for the data and info. It could have user forums, bug tracking, feature requests and wish lists, etc. Things change constantly, we just need a way to let people know about it. We could also use the main homepages and login pages to help point people to the what's new section (ideas and sharing). Create a culture of change and progression. Change is good! |
