Notes:
This is on a tech or backend side of the parts pages. We need to simplify the ability to get to the parts detail page and the add/edit parts page. They currently have 5 to 6 URL params that are required to be passed in per page. It would be really nice if all we had to do was pass in the part id number (1 param) and the page would figure out the rest of the details.

This may not seem like a big thing, but there are tons and tons of links throughout the site that already pass all of the extra URL params. It would be a pretty good clean-up project and might take a couple of days.

The reason for the change would be to speed up future development. If we went to a smaller requirement on the pages, it would be easier to link back and forth to those pages.
