Notes:
We may need to pre-set or make a couple of basic master time templates for each corporation. Most people want to use the elements of time and the calendar but they don't want to deal with the master time templates and setting things up. A couple basic templates would be a quick sticky note or a client or customer schedule or appointment. If they want more, they are able to setup and tweak their own templates.

A small patch was added mid October 2012. All existing corps and all new corps will get at least one active template (default sticky note type template). They may add and adjust as needed.
