Notes:
We need a dynamic one-to-many on parts and prices. This could be in the cart mode, from buttons, as an extra step, done in bulk, etc. This could be done per customer, per customer type, on a date/time range, sales, or other settings. This may end up getting tied to sales and promotions. What about coupons, promotions, sales, events, contracts, etc?

We do have smart group buttons (tiered pricing) but it may not be dynamic or robust enough...
