Notes:
This project is part way done... The current portion is located on the history homepage and is called the "Historical" report type. Currently, there is no way to search the user history records for specific data or by a specific person. It is fairly general and done on a system-wide basis. We do have a user specific report, but it is only done on a per user basis and is filtered by the current user that is logged in. Ideally, the full user history report would need to be searchable by type, description or notes, and by specific users for certain date/time ranges. It would be cool to be able to search for timeframes (smaller sections of time) as well. For example: What was done by Jimmy between 12:00 pm and 3:30 pm?
