Features needed

- Cart - easy to use

- Inventory

- Manage multiple locations

- Pay with certificates or cash (credit, ect.)

○ Certificates come from a league to help pay for a custom ball

- Spec Sheets

○ She will provide some spec sheets for me to help build a template

○ Needs to be adaptable so a customer can change their specs down the road, we don't need to keep a running history of the changes just whatever they did last and then attached the record to the customer

○ Doesn't need to be attached to a cart.

○ We will need a way to select different spec sheets for different types of finger settings ie 2 fingers, 3 fingers, 4 fingers or 5 finger balls

- POS system

○ Recipes or packages - needs to be easier to use

○ Up sales buttons

○ I showed her the up sale buttons and end cart for WanderWays and she was really excited and liked the idea of the up sale buttons that could also be packages (aka recipes)

- Calculate and pay sales tax (on this note have looked into auto-paying sales tax services? https://taxcloud.com/)

- Balance Sheet

- Payroll

- On Customer info

○ Need name, email, phone, and zip for card

○ Could we make it so counter sales are locked out after a certain amount say $25

- Loyalty card support

○ Auto make it so when a regular customer comes in he gets a discount

○ So if a customer has spend $500 they get a 5% discount and then as it goes up they better a discount

○ Point system

○ Average sale $60 per customer

- Gift cards

○ Gift card printer?

○ Generate a barcode to put on the cards

○ How to move money that works with gift cards so they don't need to pay taxes on it twice?  (Steve she told me you would understand this and know what she was talking about, something about having to physically move the payment on the backend?)

She is going to talk to others and see if there is any more ideas that people can think of

She will be gone for a couple of weeks at a bowling competition  and will get back to us then

She would be willing to help contribute to it's development, I told her to talk to Steve about this!
