This may not be very high on the priority list, but we have hundreds of hours of video footage and gotomeeting captures - tons of good training. It is all in a huge giant heap and nobody is able to use it, just because it is in multiple hour long blocks and no cataloging and/or editing has taken place. Eventually, we would like to get simple and streamlines videos, but that could take awhile as well. Lots of good nuggets, do we want to spend the time to pick them up? That may be the question.
