4/3/2020: Breaking this into parts to get some done. Client is billed 2,000 to get this to work for terms field only at this time.

Terms is not dynamic- you edit the customer settings and it shows in the customer but not in the cart, for example. It is hard-wired currently.

This has been a complaint for years now… they want the settings to be cascaded through the entire site… currently, they only work on one page and that is it. This is the custom field names and values. This is for field values such as: show/hide, re-name or alias, sort them, require  yes/no, add defaults, create drop-downs, add special instructions, etc. Pretty cool. The problem is, this section is currently just a one-page wonder. We need it to cascade through the entire site.
