Hi Bryan, We only have one computer in the front that employees use to register a new customer. 1. Employee hands the customer our waiver to be completed. (attachment named combined agreement) 2. The customer returns the completed waiver and their drivers license. The employee verifies all the info, (DL#, address, DOB, email, phone #), and immediately inputs it into Adilas at the computer on the front desk while the customer is standing there. 3. Customer is good to enter the range. 4. Employee files the waiver in a file cabinet behind the desk. We would love to eliminate the paper and have the signature on file via tablet. Does this make sense to you? I'd love to spare you my drawing inability! =) Thanks again!
