Internal tech support for Sean and data upload that he did for a client. Small vendor changes. Ended up changing 55 items to a new vendor and all of the other underlying and supporting details. Recording notes from 7/2/25 to 7/5/25.

Emails, phone call with Bryan, and internal tech support. Looking up data for a client on data 7 and then sending an email with my findings.

Working with Bryan. Viewing chart of accounts and expense types. Light training on how expense types and chart of accounts work. Going into the five level deep options and how we classify our chart of accounts - destination, category, group, sub group, and actual accounts.

Work session with Russell. We were on a scratch page, playing with charts and different hover events, click events, and prepping things for data drill-downs. Working with chart JS stuff and prep/play for new graphical user interface pages.

Quick meeting with Bryan to go over some ecommerce pieces. He may go in and help to hide some of the shipping info and pages within the existing ecommerce page flow. We could use that for a client that we are working with. They don't ship anything. We then flipped over to work on the external banking stuff and the Plaid API. Fixing his pages to handle the test and live app mode. Merged and pushed up some code.

Small work session with Shannon. We were working on the business intelligence (BI) level of the adilas value add-on core model. That section is kind tricky. Some people think that business intelligence is just graphs and charts. You have to do a lot of boiling things down and refinement and re-refinement in order to get to the real BI level. Going over the process and what it really takes.

This may be somewhat on the side, but I feel like we have to do some teaching and training vs just using buzz words. I feel driven to help with that.

To start out our conversation for today, we re-read the notes from our meeting on 7/1/25. That got us going in the right direction. It is somewhat crazy to see all of the parts and pieces mixing together. All part of the master plan for adilas and what is possible. Good stuff.

Meeting and follow-up with the Benning Construction company. They are going to be using adilas to run a golf tournament later this Fall. We went over progress and made a few small assignments. Making progress. Good stuff.

After the meeting, Suzi, Bryan, and I talk about plans and went over assignments.
