Meeting with Chris. He and I were talking about exit strategies - plans - definitive plans and timelines. Possible multiple rounds of funding (that seems to be really common). He was talking about evergreen equity firms (companies that do long-term investments and holdings vs turn or pump and dump companies). Chris was saying that we want to paint the picture of our plan of action, and this is how we are going to get a return on that plan. Basically, what is this year going to bring? What does the next 5 years look like? What does the next 10 years look like? Beyond that? We talked about options for shopping for the right partner - having a solid plan.

Emails and research. Reading over a document from Adilene Dominguez - independent business investor/consultant. Pulling some financials and such.

Quick phone call with Bryan to go over options for filling out custom paperwork online and then tying that form or document to the correct customer record. We talked about what we did for the travel agency and the gun shooting range with their waivers and custom paperwork. Small overview of the process. He had another potential client that needed something similar. I told him that we have done that but most of that custom paperwork stuff is custom. We can upload and tie things into customer records out of the box, but filling out forms and then tying things together is custom.

Meeting with Cory. Looking at a possible bug with some sub inventory tracking for a client. This was from way back in 2022 and dealing with auto transfers (custom manufacturing code). We spent some time looking at visibility for sub inventory. Lots of backend searching. Everything was looking pretty good. We ended up doing some light database changes and updates behind the scenes. Cory would look-up possible id numbers or values in question (once again, from back in 2022 - a two-day time period). I would search for them in the background and bring up raw data. If there was a problem, we would fix it and move on. Multi-hour session. We got it all fixed.

Helping Sean by looking at some barcode printing options. We jumped on the GoToMeeting session and played around with some samples. He is going to respond to an email and copy both Steve and I into the email. Talking about some options.

Working with Russell. Rebuilding some form controls with our own CSS wrappers. This is for our new graphical homepages. We needed tighter controls. Spent most of the session working on some flexible CSS stuff for the date range form controls.
