Adilas Lite - Other Business Plans

The entire Adilas project began as an experiment of seeing if we could accomplish certain things that we had dreamed of doing. Originally the goal was "Can we?". After years of successfully seeing that we can, the goal has changed to "How can we make it better?". How and in what manner can we help our clients accomplish their dreams and goals by providing an easier and more effective Adilas solution. We are creating a community around Adilas where all forms of ideas and input are welcome.

The goal with this project is to make one place where anyone can come to see things related to our business plans. Some of these topics and plans may get deep and involved. For now, we will put in basic placeholders and then circle back around as more budgets and timelines open up. This will be things such as: our mission statement, SWOT analysis, funding, repayment, creative documents, technical documents, sales and marketing plans, profit sharing, budgets, timelines, prototyping, research and development, investment opportunities, other business plans, and more.

We invite you to come and check out any of these pieces. Participation is not required but feel free to investigate. We love helping people succeed in their business ventures. As these projects roll out it will make it easier for people to come and participate at the level they want. Thank you for your interest. We encourage you to reach out and jump in!
We have been building on these projects for years. Along with that, the goal will be to keep building and moving the ball forward. If we get focused funding, we will push on these plans to help take these projects to the next levels. These will include detailed scopes, timelines, budgets, billing options, projections, pro-forma statements, sales and marketing channels, etc. For now, we will put in some basic placeholders and then circle back around as more funding and timelines open up. The business plan and mission statement will include things such as:

  • A broad or full mission statement as well as a succinct mission statement
  • A nicely formatted business plan document with sections, graphs, charts, images, and related content
  • The goal is to be as transparent as possible and create a community type ecosystem
  • Define the current adilas system and what we are calling the value add-on core - this is our overarching master plan
  • We will pull out highlights from our future roadmap called adilas lite - fracture - 8 different projects and sections
  • We have already done a bunch of work here - We will try to pull in some of that information - gather it together in one place
We plan to circle back around and create a detailed SWOT analysis here that will include:

  • Define what the SWOT analysis is - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • We have tons of information on these subjects - currently, it is a little too raw for public consumption... :) - we will clean it up and make it nice
  • Be as transparent as possible
  • We would also like to show some adilas investment options and where we are headed - virtual roadmap
Funding is always a tricky part of the puzzle. We plan to circle back around and create detailed funding and repayment plans here that will include:

  • We went into a bunch of these topics in the adilas investment opportunities - we will highlight certain pieces here in this section
  • Depending on ways we receive funding, we will create responsive repayment plans - currently there is minimal to no debt
  • We are currently seeking between $2-$10 million to push on the entire adilas lite - fracture project
  • We want to work with investors on an individual basis to create a plan that fits for all parties involved - meaning, we don't have just one specific plan - the options vary and can be catered as needed
  • Dealing with repayment, we openly want to create a community. Make it inviting and help people want to be here. This is tied into the repayment and value that we want them to see and realize.
Creative documents are for things like look and feel, UI/UX (user interface and user experience), and other creative docs. We plan to circle back around and create detailed creative documents here that will include:

  • Mock-ups, prototypes, plans, vision for the future
  • Documents and style guides
  • Industry specific skins and layouts - helping with flow and adoption of these processes
  • What will we let the users and/or companies do - what will we do - how do these pieces blend together
  • Ideas, plans, brainstorming, future dreaming, etc.
  • Point them to white labeling and usage of the adilas API to build out key pieces
  • Show some of our existing prototypes - small videos
These are the deeper or more technical documents. This gets into code, security, objects, classes, methods, functions, database schemas, etc. We plan to circle back around and create detailed technical documents here that will include:

  • Backend stuff - servers, frameworks, security, languages, logic, methods, functions, permissions, settings, user flow
  • Database stuff - plans, schemas, documentation, security, API access or endpoints
  • Frontend stuff - Views, languages, frameworks, models, and code
  • Backup plans, disaster recovery, and other technical documents
  • All of these pieces have layers and need to work together seamlessly - show the plans (plural)
Sales and marketing plans are crucial for growth and outreach. We plan to circle back around and create detailed sales and marketing plans here that will include:

  • Pulling in parts and pieces from the SWOT analysis - strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
  • Adilas marketplace
  • Adilas cafe and community
  • Other documents stating campaigns, plans, marketing material, commission structure, and white label options
  • Pricing structures, retail, wholesale, and other sales-related financial plans
  • Sales channels, marketing channels, and other outreach plans
  • Quick access to marketing materials and resources
This section will have all kinds of plans and ideas on how we can help our clients, users, and investors gain from participating in the adilas community and family. This should be really fun and have some creative plans and ideas. We plan to circle back around and create detailed profit sharing plans here that will include:

  • We would love to setup all kinds of white label options
  • Investors and investment opportunities
  • Co-owners in the adilas family - percentage owners in the MMLLC (multi-member LLC)
  • Create new plans as opportunities arise - create documentation and access points
We plan to circle back around and create detailed budgets and timelines here that will include:

  • Depending on funding... this may change... :)
  • We will use adilas to track adilas - time/scheduling
  • In a nice way... this will have to be figured out along the way
  • Accountability, timelines, meetings, budgets, estimates, structured plans, project management, etc.
We plan to circle back around and create detailed prototyping and R&D (research and development) plans here that will include:

  • We do this everyday... click here to see over 15,000 entries in the developer's notebook - choose the month and year and see the entries
  • We will continue doing this - we will document and share with our users and the public as things are released
  • News and updates
  • Adilas lite or fracture project - prototyping
We plan to circle back around and create detailed market research plans here that will include a number of different pieces. One of those pieces is this internal adilas team questionnaire summary that was put together a few years back. We will also include other market research and surveys that we have done and will do in the future.

This is a great internal market research survey summary that was done a few years back. The audience was the entire internal adilas team. The goal was to get their ideas and insight as to where we are heading as a company. The summary is a 15-page document that covers 25 questions. Things like: how big do we want to be, what do we want our company culture to be like, what do we like right now, what would we like to see changed, thoughts on management and company structure, and where should we focus? We got some great comments and responses. We then took those responses and created this summary. The summary was put together by Brandon Moore and Shannon Scoffield. Fun little read. View PDF file - internal adilas questionnaire summary.

Here is a list of internal survey questions:
  1. How big do we want to get?
  2. What is our time frame to get there?
  3. What do we want to do/have for our company/user culture?
  4. What are some of the things you like about what we are doing right now?
  5. What are some things you would want us to change?
  6. As far as structure, what do you like? Do you like the independent model or would you like it more solid?
  7. Do you like the jellyfish model? (Organized with a loose, flowing feeling. Adilas is the overarching umbrella and there are a number of sub departments or subsets.)
  8. Would you want to see something different (company structure)?
  9. What products and services do you think we should focus on?
  10. Do we want to continue to internally fund this or seek outside investments?
  11. What do we need on the management side? What do we need in leaders and managers? Traditional managers? Or more of a Board of Trustees or Advisors?
  12. Do we want some sort of internal loyalty system or revenue sharing plan?
  13. How do you play? What is your time commitment, scheduling, maxes and mins (hours per week/month)?
  14. What business verticals are you interested in?
  15. Where would you like to focus?
  16. What are your thoughts on look and feel for the application interface?
  17. Let's talk pricing. What are your thoughts?
  18. What about marketing and sales?
  19. What about code, databases, automation, testing, deployment, and other techy stuff? Back-ups, redundancy, mirrors, servers, clusters, etc.
  20. What about custom and API sockets and integrating with other external products?
  21. What are your thoughts on education, training, and add-on services?
  22. If we do a trust, what are the other rules or parameters we want to set up? Is it just time, is it time and money, is it investment, what is necessary if you want to buy in? How do we determine who is active and not active? How many virtual family members do we want? Etc.
  23. Where do you see us (as a company) in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years?
  24. Where do you want to be in 1 year, 5 years, 10 years?
  25. Other ideas and thoughts?
Everybody wants to get ROI (return on investment). The goal here is help show how that can be accomplished. We plan to circle back around and create detailed ROI (return on investment) plans here that will include:

  • We know that ROI is a huge topic for business owners and investors - please see adilas investment opportunities for more details
  • We have been building on this adilas project for over 20+ years
  • There is a big need for what we are providing including by products - adilas marketplace
  • Create custom and catered solutions - based on investments and deal structures
In a way, the entire "fracture" or "adilas lite" plan deals with ways to reskin things and create white label specific parts and pieces of the software platform. This is what helps drive the options that will create the community style and culture. This is really important to us. Lots of time will be spent here to help pitch and show the vision. We plan to circle back around and create detailed dynamics and white labeling options plans here that will include:

  • We have included this section - Dynamics & White Labeling Options in almost every main category of our business plan. That is on purpose... we see great potential here and want other business, vendors, and 3rd party solutions to catch that vision as well.
  • This, white labeling, could occur in multiple different areas within the adilas platform and community
  • White labeling in the value add-on core and industry specific skins
  • White labeling in the adilas university, adilas marketplace, adilas cafe, and fracture
  • Help build out the community and culture through these options
