We are reaching out for a status of your implementation. Could you provide some details as to your status, expected completion date, and QA/UAT statuses? Just a reminder in regards to the integration: you will need to successfully complete a data validation test prior to being approved as an integrator in the state system. (So none of your customers will go live until that test is approved.) We'll send you specific actions to perform via your API integration and then validate the data that you send. The validation tests are scheduled first come, first served and we will need at least a 1-week notice to get it scheduled with our production support team.
