4/16/2020: As of today 3 plus hours spent in planning.

1)Day by day, location, group it. Planning on the data base table. Do we want this automated so it updates. Or is it a stored procedure that happens every night? If we go this route, we need to let people know the info isn't ready.

4/6/20: Need a prep step first. Not month over month yet.Can't  get there without taking steps first. Would we run it nightly? Is it on a timed event, rolling it back one day in the past? Or are we constantly updating the aggregate? As soon as you play with aggregate- need info to be iced down. Lock date needs to roll in with this. If you change something, we will need to recalculate. 

Put into place: We save data by date./day. Needs to come back together for the month. 

3/30/20: compare data month over month. Have a spreadsheet. (not attached for privacy) Not exactly what they want. Start with medium view to see how it works. (CPA should be good with medium.) What does large view look like? The large will relate to the trial balance. 

Quick view and extended view. (similar to summary and details)Medium is our summary. Extended for expense and deposit type. For naturally occurring revenue section stays at category level (no vendors).
