Notes:

3/12/20: Two more columns/values are needed in this look back report in order to be able to tie back to balance sheet values. This look back report is already configured for snow owl so no need to update for that.

1) In/Out Extended Cost Total (comes from usage) also called extended value and also called extended cost in the grouped view.

2) Look back date and time- if exporting there needs to be a point of reference for when the report was run. Currently it shows at the top but doesn't export.
