It is used to reconcile California payroll tax payments and the total subject wages reported for the quarter. This form is similar to 941 & 940, although it required by State of California.

I would say yes, this would more than likely be a "Custom Code" Report that could possibly be built - I would need to once again, reach out to the Developers for this as well.
