Add/Edit Application Permissions
This page is for systems admin persons only. All values will require hardcoded values on respective pages for permissions to work. Please leave permissions in the under construction state until released to the general users.

1. Id - Controlled behind the scenes. This is the permission id number. This will be hardcoded into respective pages.

2. Permission Name - Should be all lower case and use "_" (underscores) for separating words. try to be as descriptive as possible. Max 100 characters.

3. Display Name - This is what shows up on the different pages as the link name or feature name. This should be easy to read and a quick and dirty explanation. Keep it short. Max 100 characters.

4. Category - This is where the link/feature will show up with regards to the main switchboard page. If needs be, this can be switched around if another category fits it better.

5. Main Category - This yes/no answer determines whether or not the link or feature will show up on the main switchboard page. Yes means yes and no means that the feature still exists but may be a sub feature.

6. Allow Managers To Assign - This yes/no answer will allow a person with manager permissions to add/edit a limited list of payee permissions.

7. Allow Corp Admin To Assign - This yes/no answer will allow a person with corp admin permissions to add/edit a larger list of payee permissions.

8. Color Code - Choose a color code form the list provided. If permission is still in edit mode, please leave in color code black or under construction.

9. Starting Page - This is where the link or feature will go when clicked. If the page is not known, use index.cfm as the default. Max 100 characters.

10. Description - This description will double for notes and will also work as a custom help file for users who are assigning permissions. This field should have the basic info about, who, what, where, when, how many, etc. This field is set to a memo or text field. Basic html can also be added here.

11. Tech Notes - This field is where the person who creates, edits, or updates the feature can put notes. These notes are only viewable by others who have the add edit application permission. The datatype of this field is memo or text.
