This is the page that will show the customer/contact history (system maintained). Each entry is generated behind the scenes and will show you how and when the customer was used and/or updated. The top section shows the current contact info for the customer and links to other pages and sections. The main system generated history will be on the bottom of the page. This page differs from the customer log page which is a user-maintained history or log. See the "customer log" link at the top of the page to switch to that mode.
