This page is setup for backend developers. Basically, the system allows for new special accounts to be added and edited. Special accounts are a sub of the balance sheet. They deal with things like rewards, customer loyalty points, gift cards, punch cards, in-store credit, etc.

This page is setup to control the master or system-wide level of those new accounts. This deals with default names, master id numbers, and rules associated with each new special account type.

Once again, this is a system admin level page where a developer goes in and setup us new master level special accounts.
