Receive Multiple Invoices
This is the page to help speed up the receiving process for basic invoices. Select a location and click the search button. Once the results have been returned, check off the invoices that you would like to mark as received. Be aware that marking the invoices received from this page will do the following per invoice: lock all line items, mark all monies, all paperwork, and all trade-in paperwork as received. It will also set the payroll status to "Oked" for payroll.

If you need to change or back out an invoice. Go to that invoice and then go through the verify invoice page. All details will be editable from that page.

Once you have checked all the records that will be received, check the received date at the bottom of the page. This is the date that will be recorded in each section (monies, paperwork, and trade-in).

If you have more than one page of records, there will be a small form at the top to help you switch between pages to view your records. There is also a small checkbox to help you select/deselect records in bulk. Once again, only records with a checkmark will be updated in the system.
