AU 574 Daily Ideas 8/17/2011   -We need two or four new date fields for customers. They are normal start date, normal end date, term start date and term end date. They need corp-wide settings to help with verbiage. Also the word “term” is wrong but means some sort of active window.

AU 575 Daily Ideas 8/19/2011   -We had a request to move up the search form when adding new line items to the PO’s. It may be good for us to add new pages for all main sections to help our users with flow. All of the add/edit forms are at the bottom. Maybe they would be better by themselves.

AU 576 Daily Ideas 8/24/2011   -When getting to a detailed level about what the system does, go through the code and note all forks, decisions and normal flow logic. Put those values in to normal English and dummy things down a bit.
-We had a request to do a bulk flip for parts and my cart favorite buttons between an active and inactive status.

• On the phone with Steve going over things. We are trying to figure out the game plan and where our efforts are needed. We can see elements of time, training, grouped reports and a graphical user interface. The goal is to stay the course.

AU 577 Daily Ideas 8/27/2011   -On the clock in/out section we need to add an IP address to both the in and out actions. We also need to display that so that both user and admin can see the values.
-Build a back door app for quick database stuff and small FTP uploads. Make it very secure.

• Also called tech support and asked them about promotion codes and tracking things in the shopping cart. Invoiced from 3/30 to 9/9 for three hours.
• Email update – where we are at.
• Help files for elements of time.
• On the phone with some customers going over new changes and requests. They would like a little more automation and data to show up in the cart process. They would like the subs to show up inside the cart so that they could see everything at a glance. We also talked about automating tech assignments and labor rates to help with billing.
• On the phone with Steve going over the latest update on the scheduler and how to do the billing of customers. We also talked about other needs and direction. Worked on help files for time.
