The search is a two part search with part one getting the id numbers only with the filters and sort options applied. Part two is the actual data search where it turns the id numbers into actual data or results. This was done to ease the loads on server. |

• Working on a company’s website. Added new footer nav links. Each page was set up as a template. I had to remove the template lock on each file. Posted new pages and created the country club lodge photo and virtual tour link. • Basic business stuff. • Reoccurring billing. • Spent time reviewing the state requirements for the MMJ business. This is a 17 page document that outlines a dream application for the state of Colorado to help monitor and control the MMJ industry. Pretty crazy as far as what they want and need. • I also wrote an email back to Steve stating that I thought their requirements and proposal were way out there. • Worked on the customer and vendor assignments. • Steve called and we talked about the state bid for the MMJ tracking stuff. It looks like we will be doing the bid after all. We are going to try to do it our way and put an adilas spin on things. |

-Need to check the forgot email section on the web page. We moved to a dedicated box so the email function may now work currently. -When doing training – help people know that they can mix and match different tools like adilas, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, MS Work, graphics tools, etc. Tell them that we at adilas maintain two outside spreadsheets because we need functionality that is not provided inside of adilas. This is great and there is nothing wrong with that. |

It took a while for me to figure things out and look for the correct font type. Kind of a mess to work with. Invoiced for 8.75 from 3/8 to 5/17. |

Changed the max from 500 to 750. • Tried connecting the remote content server and MySQL database. • Worked on the elements of times. • Finished up the vendor/payee assignments. • Started working on subs of time or add-on functions. • Added a number of new fields to help with using action status values and logs. The new field will allow the action status logs to be part of the template settings. |

-Related to tools we provide (inside of adilas) – pretend that it is a restaurant menu. If you don’t like something, order or use what you do like. Each system has a specialty or strong point. This is just like a restaurant has its own classics. -Similar to how the saints spread-out when they got to the Rockies and to Utah. I would like to start spreading things out with adilas and what we are working on. I would love to see an asp.net, php, ruby, Unix, apple, mobile app, MS Access app, Sofeware, etc. -Once we get the whole thing done – it would be cool to go back and rewrite the entire thing with the main goal in sight. We currently can’t even see the end yet so we are building with a goal but still don’t know how everything will play in. Interesting! |
